SPRINGFIELD, Virginia – The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency will host a virtual 2023 Industry Strategy Summit Wednesday, Nov. 15, from noon to 4 p.m. ET. 

This unclassified event is designed to give professionals from industry, government, non-profits and academia insight into NGA’s strategic thinking and how the agency plans to develop its future operational environment. 

Topics will include commercial data and analytics and GEOINT artificial intelligence, including supporting architectures and tools, with a focus on NGA Maven. 

NGA Director VADM Frank Whitworth will provide opening remarks and Deputy Director Tonya Wilkerson will deliver a keynote on NGA’s strategic direction. Other speakers include:

• Mark Chatelain, chief information officer and director of IT services
• Ronzelle Green, director of research
• Mark Munsell, director of data and digital innovation 
• Kelly Pickering, director of contracting services 
• Tim Clayton, director of acquisition oversight
