Remote Inspection Facility: AWARDED

As one of the set-aside projects to the large NGA N2W design-build (D-B) project, this design-bid-build (D-B-B) project will provide one remote inspection facility for separate NGA N2W project. RIF supports inspection and screening of personnel, vehicles, and cargo for all postal and service deliveries prior to providing controlled access to the MOB and CUP. RIF requires inbound and outbound lanes, drive-through scanning systems, a secure inspection facility, and both passive and active vehicle barrier systems.

As one of the set-aside projects to the large NGA N2W design-build (D-B) project, this design-bid-build (D-B-B) project will provide two access control points to support vehicle and personnel screening prior to provided controlled access to the garage and surface parking; provide inbound and outbound lanes, identification check booths with security facilities, and both passive and active vehicle barrier systems.

As one of the set-aside projects to the large NGA N2W design-build (D-B) project, this design-bid-build (D-B-B) project will provide a visitor control center access drive and parking lot consisting of 350-stalls, sited to allow for expansion of up to 150 additional stalls.

Landscaping: AWARDED
More than $10,000,000 — Awarded Spring February 29, 2024
As one of the set-aside projects to the large NGA N2W design-build (D-B) project, this design-bid-build (D-B-B) project will provide site-wide landscaping, including site plantings, site furnishings, landscape lighting, and irrigation. There is no demarcation zone established for landscaping as it encompasses the entire site. The main D-B contractor will provide a master plan and concept landscape design; this project will use this information to develop the planting, irrigation, landscape lighting, and site furnishings design for procurement and installation.
