SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded the Software Maintenance Renewal contract to Oracle America, Inc., of Reston, Virginia. The contract will provide software maintenance and support services. The total period of performance of the contract is one year. The total value of the contract award is approximately $22.3 million.

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded the Foundation GEOINT Modernization Support Renewal contract to the Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., of Redlands, California. The FG MOD contract will provide software development services to facilitate development of the FG MOD based geographic information system platform supporting the data management and production workflows. The total period of performance of the contract is two years. The total value of the FG MOD contract award is approximately $74 million.

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded the Global Service Proxy II Bridge contract to Raytheon Company of Richardson, Texas. The GSPII Bridge contract will provide highly specialized services to continue to develop, deploy and maintain the GSP releasability, cross domain system. The contract includes a one-year base, two one-year options and two three-month options for a total period of performance of 3.5 years. The total value of the Oceania contract award, including all options is approximately $131 million
NGA awards earth sciences support contract to University of Texas

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded an earth sciences support contract to the Applied Research Laboratories at the University of Texas at Austin. The earth sciences support contract provides research, development, testing, evaluation, integration, operations and maintenance of earth science software, hardware and equipment requirements in two functional areas – geophysical modeling and geodetic surveys. The contract has an estimated overall value of approximately $54.6 million over a five year ordering period.
NGA awards software maintenance renewal contract to Overwatch Systems

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded a software maintenance renewal contract to Overwatch Systems Ltd. of Sterling, Virginia. The contract renewal will continue to support the agency’s critical need to provide a standard geospatial toolkit to the Department of Defense Command, Control and intelligence community. The contract includes a one-year period of performance with the total task order value of approximately $10.6 million.
NGA awards UDS contract to General Dynamics

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded the User Facing and Data Center Services contract to General Dynamics Information Technology of Herndon, Virginia. The UDS contract will provide a full suite of user facing and data center IT services on multiple networks and security domains at multiple locations worldwide. The single award IDIQ includes an ordering period of five years and five twelve-month award term incentive years with a guaranteed minimum of $5 million and a maximum ceiling of $4.5 billion. includes a one-year base and four one-year options for a total period of performance of five years.
NGA awards Oceania contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded the Oceania contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Oceania provides operations and sustainment support to GEOINT capabilities throughout the system lifecycle to enable NGA's international policy of sharing GEOINT in a bidirectional, mutually beneficial way. The contract includes a one-year base and four one-year options for a total period of performance of five years. The total value of the Oceania contract award, including all options is $28,116,494.
NGA Awards enterprise data governance contract to Technical and Management Resources, Inc.

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded a task order for enterprise data governance support under the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract to Technical and Management Resources, Inc. of Fairfax, Virginia. The enterprise data governance support task order will provide NGA with necessary technical support services staffing in database administration, engineering and management; data storage administration; software administration and development; website administration and development; systems administration; SharePoint administration and development; graphics; systems security configuration management; and software applications customer service. The SITE IDIQ awarded by DIA in March 2021 has a five year ordering period with five one-year option periods and contract ceiling of $12.6B. The task order awarded by NGA has a six month base period with three one-year option periods. The base year value of the task order is $2,385,208 and total estimated value of the task order is $19,409,062.
NGA Awards Contract for GEODS to Jacobs Technology, Inc.

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded a contract for GEOINT Enterprise Open Data Store to Jacobs Technology, Inc. The GEODS contract will provide design, development and sustainment for OpenDataStore services. The single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a seven-year ordering period and overall contract ceiling of $302.37 million. The contract work will be performed at the contractor’s facility in Reston, Virginia.
NGA awards contract to Maxar Mission Solutions

SPRINGFIELD, Va.— NGA awarded a contract for Safehouse II to Maxar Mission Solutions of Herndon, Virginia, and Westminster, Colorado. The Safehouse II contract will provide sustainment, development and management of current SAFEHOUSE applications for the period of a year with four, one-year option periods. The contract has a total period of performance of five years with a total value of approximately $61 million, including the base year and all unexercised options.
NGA awards Oracle software maintenance renewal contract to Oracle America, Inc.

The Oracle contract will include software maintenance and support for multiple Oracle products for the period from April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022. The total estimated contract value is $25M.
NGA awards Corporate Automation Implementation Center contract to Deloitte

SPRINGFIELD, Va.—NGA awarded a contract for Structured Observation Management, Automation, Augmentation and Artificial Intelligence Framework for Integrated Reporting and Exploitation to CACI, Inc. of Chantilly, Virginia. SAFFIRE provides development, integration, deployment and sustainment of enhanced SOM and computer vision capabilities for NGA. The Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract has a five year ordering period and total estimated contract value of $376.45M.
NGA awards cartographic web services contract to Hexagon U S Federal
SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded a contract for Cartographic Web Services (CWS) to Hexagon US Federal of Chantilly, Virginia. This contract is a continuation of support Hexagon US Federal previously provided to NGA and includes a 12-month base with four 12-month option years. The base is valued at $9,000,000.00 with a total lifecycle value of $15,000,000.00. This includes the base period and all unexercised options.
SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded a follow-on contract to BAE Systems for software and maintenance items to be performed at NGA locations worldwide. This single award contract is one 12-month base year, valued at $11,500,000, with four 12-month option years. The contract has a maximum ceiling of $71,025,000.

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA awarded a contract for NGA Foundational Engineering to Compass, Inc. Dec. 19, 2019. The NFE contract will provide foundational engineering support to NGA at the enterprise and strategic level. Foundational engineering services and activities include: configuration management, enterprise scheduling and effectivity management; governance and engineering reviews; standards compliance, definitions, development and management to include the technical reference architecture; enterprise risk management; and systems engineering processes and tools. SPRINGFIELD, Va. — NGA provided an initial $11.1 million in funding to The National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for a new effort with the Blue Waters Project, the University of Minnesota and The Ohio State University to produce digital elevation models (DEMs) of the entire Earth, among other geospatial research projects.
The first project between the NGA and NCSA will be EarthDEM, a follow-up to the ArcticDEM project, which was conducted on Blue Waters by the Polar Geospatial Center at the University of Minnesota.

The estimated overall contract value is $85,577,691 with an initial 1-year base value of $18,472,125. The contract encompasses services and supplies necessary to provide operations and sustainment support for the application service provider components of the operational analysis services systems and applications.
These efforts support the management, acquisition, adoption, development, integration and evolution of analytic services, tools and technologies to support geospatial intelligence production and analytic tradecraft.
NGA awards contract for Expeditionary Support Services

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency awarded the Expeditionary Support Services contract to VISTA Technology Services, Inc., June 27, 2018.
The contract includes a one-year base and four one-year option periods for a total period of performance of five years. The total value of the contract, including all options, is $57,228,551.
The ESS contract will provide both logistical and operations support services to the expeditionary environment, and crisis/contingency support as needed.
NGA awards RECON-Performer contract for scientific research

NGA awards contract for Jeppesen Military Chart Services

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency awarded a $7.3 million contract for Jeppesen Military Chart Services to Jeppesen-Sanderson, Inc. The contract provides NGA and the agency's customers access to Jeppesen's commercial aeronautical data library and allows for the integration of data into NGA's current aeronautical terminal procedure library.

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency awarded a contract for community-sourced topographic and human geography data content management.
The Janus Geography contracts were awarded to Altamira Technologies Corporation; Hexagon US Federal, Inc.; Centra Technology, Inc.; MDA Information Systems, LLC; CACI, Inc. — Federal; Harris Corporation; BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Inc.; Boeing Intelligence & Analytics; Vencore, Inc.; and Leidos, Inc.
The 10 year contracts have a maximum ceiling of $920 million.
The 10 year contract has a total value of $250 million and will provide NGA a dynamic service to assume the maintenance of an existing worldwide library of Digital Elevation Models in a variety of DEM formats, surfaces and currencies.
The contract enables NGA to acquire and retain legacy Microsoft licenses, online services and software assurance.
SPRINGFIELD, Va. — The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency awarded a contract for $13.76 million to Leidos Inc. for the creation, upgrade, sustainment, initialization and maintenance of the existing digital Maritime Source Processing Service.
NGA awards nine contracts for MOJAVE general support services

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency awarded nine indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contracts for MOJAVE Functional Area 1 General Support Services. The contracts were awarded to BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services Inc.; Booz Allen Hamilton Inc.; Leidos Inc.; OGSystems LLC; TASC; H2M Group, LLC; Higgins, Hermansen, Banikas, LLC; Quadrint, Inc.; and S2 Analytical Solutions, LLC.
The contract includes one 5-year base ordering period for a total period performance of five years. The total contract ceiling of each awarded ID/IQ contract for large businesses is $450 million and $600 million for each small business.
NGA awards contract for high resolution dataLeidos Inc. for the creation, upgrade, sustainment, initialization and maintenance of the existing digital Maritime Source Processing Service.
The aeronautical charts contract will provide flight information publications to mission partners. This contract will help NGA implement innovations to achieve transformation and mission requirements. The contract will provide the highest quality of data, products, information and services to achieve NGA’s mission of providing safety of navigation for worldwide mission partners.
The contract includes four ordering periods, for a total period of performance of five years. The total cost value of the definitive contract, including a four-year option period, is a guaranteed minimum of $100,000 with a maximum ceiling of $42,000,000. The effective date of award is Nov. 8, 2017.
