Experiments include demonstrating kinetic energy, surface tension, acid reactions and more.

The NGA tent is part of a larger STEAM – science, technology, engineering, art and math – exhibit for children kindergarten through high school. NGA will be there from noon-8 p.m., July 4; 4-8 p.m., July 6; and noon-8 p.m., July 7.

NGA was invited to the fair by Fair St. Louis organizers.

“This is a valuable opportunity for NGA to reach out to students from throughout the St. Louis region,” said Lisa Williams, Partners in Education program manager for NCW. “It’s great to work with students outside the traditional classroom setting, and our goal is to promote a love for learning and STEAM from children who might make up our future workforce.”
