The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency will participate in a GeoPlunge tournament with three St. Louis elementary schools, Nov. 14 at Cortex STL. More than 60 fourth-grade students from Columbia, Dunbar and Hodgen Elementary schools will participate in the competition.
GeoPlunge is an interactive geography card game that teaches children communication skills, sportsmanship and critical thinking. NGA is participating in this event as part of its observation of Geographic Information System Day and Geography Awareness Week, Nov. 11 – 17.
